Pet Funerals
Our pets are part of our family, and when we lose them it can is no less traumatic than losing a family member. The pain, sadness and grief is real, and it can often be sudden, and we are unprepared. It is therefore important to say goodbye in a fitting and dignified way.
To Celebrate the Life, to say goodbye and to thank them for their friendship and loyalty, it is becoming popular to hold funeral ceremonies for our beloved pets.
Most of us have been touched by the loss of our beloved pets.
After the loss of your pet, it will be important to decide if you wish them to be buried or cremated. Your vet will be able to advise you on what they offer if you do not wish to bring your pet home. If you wish them to be buried at home, this is possible. There are also local pet cemeteries and burial grounds should you choose this option. In any event, a small ceremony or sharing of memories can take place in your chosen venue.

Let’s chat
Before booking, let’s chat! I’d love to hear more about the kind of celebration you would like for your beloved pet. If you decide to go ahead and book me as your celebrant, I’ll send you a contract so we have an agreement in writing. I take a 50% deposit. I’ll then send you a contract so we have an agreement in writing.
Let’s meet
We’ll meet up about a month before your ceremony takes place, to make sure that everything is just perfect before the ceremony itself.
With every ceremony I write, I aim to nail it first time! But I’m not perfect, so if there are things you want to add, change or re-work, that’s fine. We’ll tweak it until it’s perfect.
Let’s go
On the day of the ceremony I’ll arrive early so I have time to quickly discuss how the ceremony will run and the it’s time to conduct a beautiful, heart-felt ceremony to remember or loved one.
