Wedding Ceremony

My role as your wedding celebrant is to make sure that every aspect of your day is reflective of you as a couple. I want you to love planning your wedding ceremony as much as the day itself, so my approach is down-to-earth and non-judgemental. I will be your scriptwriter, story-teller and trusted friend who has got your best interests at heart.

It’s obvious to say but the person who marries you is responsible for a big chunk of your wedding day. One of the main reasons to choose a celebrant-led wedding is that a celebrant will create a more personal occasion for you.

Before booking, let’s chat! I’d love to hear more about your celebration and what you are looking for from your celebrant. If you decide that I am the perfect celebrant for your day and want to go ahead and book me, I take a 50% deposit. I’ll then send you a contract so we have an agreement in writing.

Let’s get to know one another

Next I’ll send you lots of questions to think about. I promise you’ll love this bit. Imagine getting to hear from your other half all the things they love about you and your relationship. After this, we’ll have a meeting so I can really understand you as a couple and what you want from your big day.

Then it’s over to me to create a beautiful, personalised wedding ceremony script which captures your story and unique personalities. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to make edits and suggestions. We’ll work on it until you’re completely happy that it’s right.

Let’s go

I only ever conduct one wedding a day so on your big day I’m there purely for you. On the day of the ceremony I’ll arrive early so I have time to meet and chat with the wedding party and with your suppliers, to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

All that remains now is to CELEBRATE! I’ll lead your completely individual ceremony and it will be a beautiful and memorable celebration for you and your guests.
